Creative cloud wont install6/23/2023 You’ll see most folks there had their install issue fixed by the simpler method I just shared. Here’s the link. If that doesn’t work, RC found this discussion on an Apple forum where a commenter gave a solution they say came from Adobe Customer Suport (though we haven’t tried or tested it, and so not sure of the validity of the fix). Hope that helps some folks who are stuck. (2)You may have to do this sign out/in more than once for it to work. (1) You need to sign out/in exactly the way I showed here — from the preferences. STEP THREE: Sign right back in and that should fix the problem. STEP TWO: Click the Sign Out button (as shown above). STEP ONE: Go to the Creative Cloud App – click on the little Gear icon in the top right corner of window and choose Preferences (as shown above). If you prefer, you can download it directly.
